Thursday, February 12, 2009, marks the Bicentennial of the birth of Abraham Lincoln. To mark the occasion, ChroniclesMagazine.org will post at least one article each day of the week beginning February 9, and concluding with Friday the 13th. I'm halfway through that issue now, in fact. It is great!
Chronicles magazine is National Review without the leftward lurch, and therefore, for the true conservative, naturally replaces NR. It is the magazine that NR should have been. NR is now staffed by a bunch of virtual adolescents, and continues on its journey from bad to worse.
